Delete your data

Snake Puzzle Max has no user accounts, so there is no account to delete. The app holds three kinds of data, and here is how to remove each one.

1. Data on your phone

What it is: your level progress, best times, settings, your leaderboard nickname and the anonymous leaderboard ID.

How to delete it: uninstall the app, or open your phone's Settings → Apps → Snake Puzzle Max → Storage → Clear storage. It is removed immediately and completely. We never hold a copy.

2. Leaderboard data

What it is: your nickname, your best time on each level you cleared, your number of levels cleared and total time, stored on Google Firebase under an anonymous random ID.

How to delete it:

1. Open the app, tap Ranks, and note the nickname at the top (for example "Snake 4821").
2. Email info@nutantechlabs.com with the subject "Snake Puzzle Max – delete my leaderboard data" and that nickname.
3. We delete every leaderboard row for that nickname within 30 days and reply to confirm. Nothing is kept afterwards.

If you want to keep playing with a clean slate instead, you can simply change your nickname in the app.

3. Advertising data

What it is: your advertising identifier and ad interaction events, collected by Google AdMob to show ads. NutanTech Labs does not receive or store this data; Google does.

How to delete or limit it: reset or delete your advertising ID in your phone's settings (Android: Settings → Google → Ads → Delete advertising ID). In the EU/UK you can also withdraw consent in the app's consent form. For data Google already holds, use myadcenter.google.com.

What is kept

Nothing, once the steps above are done. We keep no backups of leaderboard rows after deletion and no logs that identify you. Anonymous, aggregated counts (such as "how many players cleared level 10") contain no personal data and may remain.
