Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and NutanTech Labs, B-128, Bakshi Compound, Bariatu, RIMS Chowk, Ranchi, Jharkhand 834009, India ("NutanTech Labs", "we", "us") about your use of the Snake Puzzle Max mobile application ("the app"). By installing or using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play the app on a device you own or control, for your own entertainment, under these terms and the rules of the app store you got it from. The app and everything in it (code, artwork, sounds, names, level designs) belong to NutanTech Labs or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, reverse-engineer or create derivative works of the app except where the law expressly allows it.

2. Age

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age for consenting to data processing in your country, if higher) to use the app. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms on your behalf.

3. The game, lives, hints and ads

• The app is free to play and is funded by advertising. Ads may be shown between levels. Some features — an extra life after your lives run out, a hint, or jumping ahead to a level you have not cleared — are offered in exchange for watching a rewarded video ad.
• Lives, hints and level unlocks are in-game conveniences with no monetary value. They cannot be bought, sold, traded or redeemed for anything outside the app, and we may change how many are offered, or how, at any time.
• Rewarded ads are provided by third-party ad networks. Whether a reward is granted depends on the ad being watched to the end as reported by the network. We cannot guarantee that an ad is available at every moment.
• We may add, change or remove levels, features and ads at any time without notice.

4. Leaderboard and nicknames

• The leaderboard is optional. Your nickname and times are visible to other players.
• You must not use a nickname that is offensive, impersonates someone, infringes anyone's rights or contains personal information (yours or anyone else's). We may change or remove nicknames and entries that break this rule, and may remove entries that appear to be the result of cheating or tampering with the app.
• Leaderboard rankings are for fun. They are not a competition with prizes, and we make no promise that they are complete, accurate or always available.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: interfere with or disrupt the app or the services behind it; attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system or data; use bots, scripts or modified versions of the app; use the app in a way that breaks any law; or use the app to harm, harass or deceive anyone.

6. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what information the app and its advertising and leaderboard partners handle. It forms part of these terms.

7. Third-party services

The app uses services from Google LLC (Google AdMob for advertising; Google Firebase for the leaderboard) and is distributed through Google Play and the Apple App Store. Those services have their own terms and policies, which apply to your use of them. We are not responsible for third-party services.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or free of harmful components, or that your progress or leaderboard data will never be lost. You use the app at your own risk.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NutanTech Labs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, goodwill or profits, arising from or related to your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim related to the app will not exceed the amount you paid us for it, which is nothing — the app is free. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Termination

You can stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or end your access to the leaderboard, or to the app, if you break these terms. Sections 1, 8, 9, 11 and 12 survive termination.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The current version is always at this address with the date at the top. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the new terms. If you do not, uninstall the app.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Ranchi, Jharkhand, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection you have in your country of residence. Before going to court, please contact us — most issues can be sorted out by email.
