Which snakes can I tap?
Only a snake with a clear straight line in front of its head, all the way to the edge of the board. Nothing beside the body matters — look at the head and the lane ahead of it.
The snake I tapped bumped and came back.
Something was in its lane. That costs one life. The thing it hit flashes briefly so you can see what blocked it.
I'm sure the level is impossible.
Every level is built so that it can always be cleared. Try a hint — it highlights a snake that can leave right now.
How do I zoom and move around?
Pinch with two fingers to zoom, drag with one to move. Tap the button at the bottom right of the board to switch between the whole board and a close-up. When zoomed in, a small map appears top right; tap anywhere on it to jump there.
How do I pick a level?
Tap the level number at the top. Levels are shown a hundred to a page. Gold tiles are cleared — tap one to see your best time and play it again. The glowing tile is where you are. Other levels can be unlocked by watching an ad.
Lives, hints and ads
I ran out of lives.
You get three per board. When they are gone you can watch an ad for one more life and keep the same board (up to three times per board), or restart the level. Your cleared levels are never lost.
How do hints work?
Three per board, each unlocked by watching a short ad. The hint shows a snake that can leave now.
An ad didn't load / I watched an ad but got nothing.
Rewards are only given when the ad network reports the ad was watched to the end. If the ad was closed early or failed to load, nothing is counted and you can try again. Check your connection; ads need internet.
Can I remove ads?
Not at the moment. The game is free and ads are what pay for it. Rewarded ads are always your choice.
Leaderboard and data
How is the overall ranking worked out?
By levels cleared first, then by the total of your best times. Clearing more levels always ranks above clearing fewer; among equals, the faster player wins.
How do I change my nickname?
Tap Ranks, then edit the name at the top of the leaderboard and tap Save.
Does my progress sync between phones?
Not yet. Progress is saved on the phone it was played on. Reinstalling the app resets it.
How do I delete my data?
Uninstall the app to remove everything on the device. To remove your leaderboard entries, email info@nutantechlabs.com with your nickname. See the privacy policy for details.
Problems
The game is slow or stutters on a big level.
Close other apps and make sure your phone is not in battery-saver mode. If it continues, tell us your phone model and the level number.
